Easy to cook cabbage for stuffed cabbage
A cabbage head for roulades can be easily and simply pre-cooked with this tip:
When making cabbage rolls, I do not overcook the cabbage as usual, but put it in a large microwave bag with some water and close the pouch.
Then for 8-10 minutes at 800 to 900 watts in the microwave (depending on the head size). The cabbage leaves can then solve wonderfully after a little cooling and continue to process. Vitamins also remain largely intact.
