Ebly salad
ingredients
- 2 sachets of Ebly (durum wheat in a cooking bag)
- 1 green, red and yellow pepper each
- 1 (very) small tin of corn
- 200 g of cooked ham
- 1 packet of feta cheese
- chopped parsley
- 1 small onion
That's how it's done
- Cook the durum wheat as described on the package and let it cool.
- The peppers, after they have been washed and cleaned of course, dice small, as well as ham and feta cheese.
- Remaining ingredients, mix together except for the onion.
- For the dressing, dice the onion and fry in a pan with vinegar and plenty of oil and 1 teaspoon of vegetable stock.
- Let the whole thing cool down a bit and mix with the remaining ingredients. Now it is still seasoned with salt, pepper, vinegar.
- I still add plenty of chilli seasoning (the small doses of O ** mann) to seasoning.
- Here are no limits to your imagination. It is important that you have enough vinegar and oil as a basis, otherwise it gets too dry.
