Ebly salad

ingredients

  • 2 sachets of Ebly (durum wheat in a cooking bag)
  • 1 green, red and yellow pepper each
  • 1 (very) small tin of corn
  • 200 g of cooked ham
  • 1 packet of feta cheese
  • chopped parsley
  • 1 small onion

That's how it's done

  1. Cook the durum wheat as described on the package and let it cool.
  2. The peppers, after they have been washed and cleaned of course, dice small, as well as ham and feta cheese.
  3. Remaining ingredients, mix together except for the onion.
  4. For the dressing, dice the onion and fry in a pan with vinegar and plenty of oil and 1 teaspoon of vegetable stock.
  5. Let the whole thing cool down a bit and mix with the remaining ingredients. Now it is still seasoned with salt, pepper, vinegar.
  6. I still add plenty of chilli seasoning (the small doses of O ** mann) to seasoning.
  7. Here are no limits to your imagination. It is important that you have enough vinegar and oil as a basis, otherwise it gets too dry.
