Egg fricassee with vegetables from the pressure cooker

Make perfect egg fricassee (egg ragout) with vegetables in a pressure cooker.
ingredients
- 8 eggs
- Onions (2 small or 1 large)
- 40 g of margarine
- 40 g of flour
- 300 ml broth
- 300 ml of milk
- 300 g Bockwurst
- 500 g TK vegetable remains
- 1 small tin of mushrooms
- 1 cup of sour cream or sour cream
- 2 tbsp herbs
preparation
- Heat the water in the pressure cooker and cook the eggs hard for 4-5 minutes (level 2).
- Evaporate pot, open, quench eggs, peel and slice.
- Peel and dice onions and fry in fat, add flour and make a sweat, deglaze with broth, add milk.
- Slice sausage and add it with the vegetable remains, mushrooms and egg slices, bring to the boil, close lid and cook for about 8-10 minutes (level 2), open pot.
- Add sour cream or sour cream, if necessary thicken with cornflour, stir in herbs and season with salt and pepper.
