Egg fricassee with vegetables from the pressure cooker

Make perfect egg fricassee (egg ragout) with vegetables in a pressure cooker.

ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • Onions (2 small or 1 large)
  • 40 g of margarine
  • 40 g of flour
  • 300 ml broth
  • 300 ml of milk
  • 300 g Bockwurst
  • 500 g TK vegetable remains
  • 1 small tin of mushrooms
  • 1 cup of sour cream or sour cream
  • 2 tbsp herbs

preparation

  1. Heat the water in the pressure cooker and cook the eggs hard for 4-5 minutes (level 2).
  2. Evaporate pot, open, quench eggs, peel and slice.
  3. Peel and dice onions and fry in fat, add flour and make a sweat, deglaze with broth, add milk.
  4. Slice sausage and add it with the vegetable remains, mushrooms and egg slices, bring to the boil, close lid and cook for about 8-10 minutes (level 2), open pot.
  5. Add sour cream or sour cream, if necessary thicken with cornflour, stir in herbs and season with salt and pepper.
