Eggnog cake - fast and easy

ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 250 g powdered sugar
  • 125 g of flour
  • 125 g cornstarch or potato flour
  • 1 baking powder
  • 1/4 L eggnog
  • 1/4 l of oil

Beat eggs and powdered sugar until the mixture is almost white. Then add the eggnog and the oil together in the dough and beat well with the mixer. Finally, sift the flour, baking powder and cornstarch / potato flour and beat with the mixer at the highest level until the dough is smooth. Do not be surprised. The dough is very liquid.

Then grease a normal springform and sprinkle with wheat flour and put in the dough. Bake at 175 degrees for 70 to 80 minutes. Leave the cake in the mold for another 10 minutes and then tumble.
