Eggnog from the Thermomix

Preparation time: 5 min.
Cooking or baking time: 10 min.
Total preparation time: 15 min.

This egg liqueur is cooked at 80 degrees in the Thermomix and does not have to be stored in the fridge!

ingredients

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 175 ml condensed milk (7.5%)
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 1/4 L double grain

preparation

  1. Separate the eggs and add the egg yolk to the Themomix with 200 g sugar and the vanilla sugar, set the timer to 10 minutes, set the temperature switch to 80 degrees, speed to level 2.
  2. After 5 minutes, add 1/4 liter of double grain and immediately afterwards 175 ml condensed milk, with measuring cup lying on top!
  3. When the 10 minutes have elapsed, use a funnel to fill into a glass bottle.
  4. It looks very nice if you take real vanilla, but only stir in the end by hand!

Attention: The recipe works only in this food processor and is not from the cookbook. It definitely does not work if you want to cook on the stove, in a water bath and with a thermometer. I tried everything looked pretty good but when the egg liqueur was cool I had bottled pudding. ?
