Eggplant and mince pan

The quantities are, depending on the appetite, for 2-3 people. But you can also prepare it in large quantities for guests.

ingredients

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 big eggplant
  • Salt pepper
  • 3-4 tablespoons of oregano
  • olive oil

For the sauce

  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 100 g sheep's cheese
  • a little lemon juice

preparation

  1. The minced meat is seasoned with salt and pepper and the aubergine is diced. In a pan, the olive oil is heated, and first the eggplant, then added the minced meat. When the minced meat is already seared, sprinkle the oregano over it and mix it with the meat and eggplant. Finished is the pan, when the eggplant is glassy until fried, and the minced meat through.
  2. For the sauce, which is best prepared beforehand so that it can be pulled through a bit in the refrigerator, add the yoghurt and the sour cream with a whisk. Stir in the crumbled sheep's milk cheese and season to taste with lemon juice.

The sauce is placed in a key on the table, so that you can pour it over the court at will, or eat separately.
