I baked this egg liqueur kipferl yesterday, they are very tasty, and would like to share the recipe with you.

ingredients

  • 600 g of flour
  • 200 g almonds (grated)
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 240 g of margarine
  • 4 p. Vanillin sugar
  • 300 ml eggnog
  • powdered sugar

preparation

  1. Knead everything except the icing sugar and put it in the fridge for about 12 hours.
  2. Make Kipferl from the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 12 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle warm or chilled kipferl with powdered sugar, or dunk in a mixture of icing sugar / eggnog on both sides.
