I baked this egg liqueur kipferl yesterday, they are very tasty, and would like to share the recipe with you.
ingredients
- 600 g of flour
- 200 g almonds (grated)
- 100 g of sugar
- 240 g of margarine
- 4 p. Vanillin sugar
- 300 ml eggnog
- powdered sugar
preparation
- Knead everything except the icing sugar and put it in the fridge for about 12 hours.
- Make Kipferl from the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 12 minutes.
- Sprinkle warm or chilled kipferl with powdered sugar, or dunk in a mixture of icing sugar / eggnog on both sides.
