Endive salad with a difference

  1. From the salad remove the outer leaves, possibly the tips and wash thoroughly under running water, shake off, cut off the stalk generously, then cut the salad into strips.
  2. Wash half of organic cucumber, cut in half, remove kernels, cut into small slices, cut 1 spring onion into small rings or a smaller normal onion into small cubes, dice 1 tomato.
  3. Peel 1 medium apple, dice and immediately sprinkle with a little lemon juice so that it does not turn brown. Mix everything with the salad.

The dressing

2 tablespoons sour cream and 2 tablespoons sweet cream with about 1 teaspoon medium hot mustard, a pinch of sugar, balsamic vinegar white, olive or rapeseed oil, salt, pepper stir.

Then ... forgive me ... half a sachet of garden herbs, I'll take that from Knorr, stir. Or you can also take some universal spice, have a bio-spice for vegetables, soups, salads.

Now the dressing over the salad and mix well. You can eat endive salad for so much ... I like it the most with fried potatoes. Good Appetite.
