  • about 4 tablespoons oil
  • 1 pair of rubber gloves! They do not come in the paste, of course, but should protect your hands from burns

preparation

  1. Remove the peppers from the stalk, but do not de-corer - possibly cut a little.
  2. Then in the blender, I take my hand blender, puree. Mix with salt and 2 tablespoons of oil and put in small jars.
  3. Put some oil on each glass but do not mix. Close the jars and keep cold.
  4. The paste stays closed for about a year. It is best to keep opened glasses in the fridge.
  5. Later, when seasoning the food, remember that the paste is salty.
  6. For the specified amount you need about 4 small glasses.
