- 1 kg of hot peppers for sharpness - e.g. cherry peppers
- 2 red pritamin peppers for the mass and color
- about 3 tablespoons salt
- about 4 tablespoons oil
- 1 pair of rubber gloves! They do not come in the paste, of course, but should protect your hands from burns
preparation
- Remove the peppers from the stalk, but do not de-corer - possibly cut a little.
- Then in the blender, I take my hand blender, puree. Mix with salt and 2 tablespoons of oil and put in small jars.
- Put some oil on each glass but do not mix. Close the jars and keep cold.
- The paste stays closed for about a year. It is best to keep opened glasses in the fridge.
- Later, when seasoning the food, remember that the paste is salty.
- For the specified amount you need about 4 small glasses.
