Especially juicy apple pie

I like to eat apple pie, but unfortunately I do not like the dough, because apple pie is usually always covered. To change this, I put a greased parchment paper over the apples before inserting them in the oven, which is removed just before the end of the baking. So the cake is wonderfully juicy!
