Exhaust air accelerate in the kitchen

With strong steam development when frying and cooking I had in the past sometimes, depending on the food, for a long time something like this. Because unfortunately I do not have an extractor hood, but a window. Only the haze / smoke does not escape so quickly, which can partly be due to the thermals in the outdoor area.
