Extend creative shirts

How often does it happen that you still have nice shirts or T-shirts in the closet, which, however, are a bit too short for whatever reason. And you do not want to go belly-free too? Since it is nice that the layered look does not go out of fashion!

A trick can help and is being looked after expectant mothers - how to creatively extend shirts:

It is very easy: you make a kind of "belly band" from a shirt that is no longer needed in the desired color, by cutting it straight under the sleeves.

Sew on the cut edge and sew a tunnel into which a rubber band is pulled. That does not necessarily have to be, it usually "sits" like that.

Now you pull the resulting "tube" over the belly / butt and the too short, color matching shirt just above. Now it looks like you have a combo shirt in layered look or just two shirts on top of each other! I took different colors for the photo for a better explanation, so it looks better!

You can even buy these tummy tucks, cheaper is of course the do it yourself.
