Fast and tasty vegetable soup with Mettbällchen

In a large pot about 1.5 liters of water. Dissolve about 3 pieces of bouillon cubes in it. 1000g of frozen soup vegetables (available in every refrigerated counter). For the Mettbällchen I use Mettwürste. Simply push the balls from the pelle into the soup.

Now dice a few more potatoes and add (depending on your preference, the soup makes "creamier"). Simmer for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally and done. Spice it up with Maggi wort ... mmmhhh, is a self-starter and delicious.
