Fast batter for pie crust

If you need a cake tray quickly, this sponge cake recipe is suitable for you: It works super fast and always works! Should you suddenly receive a visit, the tart will be ready in less than an hour.
Ingredients (for 1 cake base)
- 3 eggs
- 6 tbsp sugar
- 1 pck vanillin sugar
- 6 tbsp oil
- 6 tablespoons of flour (eg wheat flour type 550 or spelled flour
- 1/2 pck of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
preparation
- Beat eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar and oil in a bowl until frothy. Mix flour, baking powder and a small pinch of salt, sift and fold. Christel simply takes a whisk.
- Place in a greased, steamed springform or fruit-pan mold and bake at 160 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- Make a stick sample.
