Fast cabbage casserole

1 head of white cabbage
750 g of mixed minced meat
2 cans of pizza tomato
1 onion
Grained broth (Maggi or Knorr)
Garlic (freeze-dried)
Salt, pepper, oregano, rosemary, caraway, cayenne pepper)
200g cream cheese (for example Lidl)

Quarter the cabbage, cut out the strunck, cut it into chunks and fry it in hot fat with the lid covered, possibly adding a little water. The fastest way is to 2x, the first half of fried cabbage in fireproof shape and oven to 180 ° C preheat.

Peel the onion, dice and fry. Minced meat, sauté. Add canned tomatoes and spices and cook a bit. If you started the cabbage at the same time, the second batch of cabbage will also have the sugo ready. Then only cabbage in the form, Bolognese on it and 15 min. in the oven, then sprinkle the cheese over it and again 5 min. gratin. DELICIOUS!

This fits everything from baguette to pasta, rice, potatoes. And while warming up, it tastes so good again ...
