Meal!

Special tip: Phak Choy (the vegetarian variant) Phak Choy is a salad-like vegetable which is available in a well-stocked supermarket or as an ornamental plant in the flower wholesale trade. (is the same, tastes both good and grows in your own garden, if you`s planted there).

Who wants no effort, can also take any other leaf salad.

The preparation is done (without the meat) as described above, but: Instead of the spices you need 1 - 2 tablespoons of sweet chutney (for example Mangochutney). Who does not want to buy extra can also add a tablespoon of sugar.

And they need 4 tbsp oyster sauce. Unfortunately, there is no replacement, they have to buy. (Shopping tip: buy the same bottle, the small one costs up to 4 times more!) And you can also use the oyster sauce as an added spice in other Chinese dishes.)

So: Oyster sauce in. At the end of the preparation, stir in the medium-sized plucked lettuce leaves.

And now meal! Get in!
