Fast-Cocoa Cookies
These cookies are easy and fast to prepare, always succeed and are super delicious!
Ingredients: (for 40 pieces)
200 g soft butter, 100 g sugar, 250 g flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 5 tbsp cocoa powder
Preparation:
Mix the butter with the sugar until frothy, mix the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder and gradually add the mixture and stir until a smooth dough is formed. From this, with moistened hands, form 40 balls and place them at a sufficient distance on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Moisten a fork and press the balls flat with the back of the fork to create a grooved surface. You have to moisten the fork again and again.
Baking time: about 15-20 minutes at 175-180 ° C in a preheated oven, then allowed to cool for about 5 minutes on the plate, then allowed to cool completely on a wire rack.
Tip: The cookies can still be dusted with powdered sugar.
