Fast Danube wave

250 g of butter - stir supple at the highest level

200 g of sugar
1 pk of vanilla sugar
Stir in a pinch of salt little by little until a bound mass has formed.

6 eggs - stir in each egg for about 1/2 minute.


350 g of flour
3 gr. TL baking powder
Mix in 30 g of cocoa powder mixture, seven, in portions at medium speed.

Spread the dough on a greased baking tray. Place aluminum foil in front of the dough.

1 large glass of sour cherries - drain well, spread on the dough.


Hot air: 160-180 degrees about 30 minutes.
Let the baking tray on a cake rack, let it cool.

3 pack. Galetta (pudding style by Dr.Oetker)
750 g of whipped cream
450 ml of milk - Mix according to Galetta's instructions but with these ingredients.

Coat the cooled pastry plate with the cream, put in a cold place.

Break 250g dark chocolate into pieces
Add 1 tbsp cooking oil and let it melt in a water bath

Carefully distribute the cast on the custard cream.
