Recipe for a quick sausage pan for 4 people

Ingredients:

  • 4 fried sausages, uncooked, coarse
  • 3 peppers, big, red and yellow
  • 1 onion
  • 8-10 dried tomatoes (not in oil!)
  • 250 - 300 ml vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Parsley (a good handful), chopped
  • at will: sour cream, sour cream, cream fine, sweet cream

preparation

  1. Heat the vegetable broth and let the dried tomatoes soften. Remove the tomatoes, squeeze them and put them aside to cool.
  2. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and remove the stalk and stalk from the onions, remove seeds and cut into 1.5x 1.5 cm pieces.
  3. In a pan, heat the vegetable oil and fry the sausages all around brown, then add the onions and brown. Then add the paprika and brown it.
  4. Cut the tomatoes into thin strips, add to the pan and melt with.
  5. Then add the vegetables and tomatoes and bake everything until the peppers are still bite.
  6. The tomato strips cook and make the sauce slightly creamy, if this is not creamy enough, you can bind the sauce with some starch, sauce binder or cream, at the same time extend, depending on how much you use of it. Adding cream but swallows "salt", you will eventually have to re-salt some.
  7. If you like you can spice up with some thyme.

To match mashed potatoes (if you want to go very fast, a finished product), or grainy cooked rice.

The recipe consists of only a few ingredients, the whistle consists in the use of dried tomatoes, which are very tasty compared to fresh tomatoes.
