Fast lunch - noodles

Total preparation time: 15 min.

For a quick lunch for 1-2 servings you need:

  • a can of peeled tomatoes (400g)
  • a pack of shepherd's cheese (250g)
  • Rice / noodles / potatoes, whatever grade is there.

Just put the diced herder's cheese into the peeled and chopped tomatoes. It is important not to pour away the juice from the tomato can, but to give into the pot. You heat the whole thing until the cheese cubes have melted.

Then you season the whole thing with what the spice rack is so forth and what you feel like (with me was the salt, pepper, dried basil and garlic granules).

Finally, to taste again (not burn your tongue!) And if it suits the boiled potatoes / noodles / rice give.
