Fast rolls of baking powder-yeast dough in the muffin form

In spring, there are so many holidays where you want to sleep in and then have breakfast extensively. Dry ingredients

  • 500 g of flour wheat flour

  • 1 tsp salt

  • a whiskered egg
  • Sesame seeds, poppy seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, herbs, coarse salt, oatmeal, ...

  1. Put dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir well with a fork.
  2. Measure water in a measuring cup, add oil and salt.
  3. Add moist ingredients over the dry ingredients.
  4. Knead with the dough hooks of the mixer to a uniform dough.
  5. Sprinkle the bottom of 18 muffin cups with different grains or seeds.
  6. Spread the dough on the 18 muffin cups. (The dough falls off the spoon, you can use it to form balls with wet hands or simply cut off the dough with 2 spoons).
  7. Brush with the beaten egg and sprinkle with grains on top.
  8. Place filled muffin cups in the cold oven, set the oven to 180 degrees and when it has reached the temperature, bake the muffin rolls for another 15-20 minutes (depending on the tanning required).
