A quick summer drink without a prescription - healthy cocktail.
Often, when I want to try a recipe, I miss the ingredients.
So here's a drink recipe with ingredients that you all have at home:

Take what is there (and because of the heat it must be processed quickly) e.g. Cucumber, apple, prunes, zucchini, whatever. Put these ingredients in the blender - with as little water, milk or yoghurt as you want, and let it work until everything is small and smashed.
In the end, and that's important, adds a variety of fruits or vegetables that has a strong taste in their own right. This could e.g. Elderberry syrup or banana or pineapple / juice or whatever you have at home. Puree shortly - finished!
You can also do some salad leaves or parsley, mint, all the same. What do you think, how healthy your cocktail is and how good it tastes!
