Fast Sunday rolls for Lazy

Of course, the rolls also taste every other day. Where did the recipe come from? Here's a comment, because keep telling ... so I can not guarantee that it can not be found in any cookbook. However, there is no such cookbook in my possession.

Ingredients:

  • 250 g curds
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 packet of baking powder
  • a bit of salt

Separate the egg. Knead the remaining ingredients with the egg white to a smooth dough, from which then about 6 equal sized balls are formed. Brush with the egg yolk and bake for about 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees C until the rolls are golden yellow. If you like, you can sprinkle some cumin or other spices on it before baking. Sesame makes sure also nice.
