Fast, sweet or hearty pig ears

Here is a very simple "recipe" for pig ears.

A roll of puff pastry from the refrigerated rack, roll up butter, sprinkle with sugar and then fold each side towards the middle. Then cut about 1cm thick strips of this package and heart-shaped on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Bake the ears for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

After cooling, you can brush the "ear tips" with liquid chocolate.

Of course, the whole thing is also hearty. Lay out the puff pastry, brush with butter, sprinkle salami / ham and cheese over it, fold it up, cut it off and place it on the baking tray as described above and bake.

Ideal snack, if you want to go fast.
