Fast vegetarian oatmeal buffers

These delicious oatmeal buffers are prepared very quickly and can both spicy z. B. with cream cheese, sour cream, sour cream, crème fraîche or herbal quark but also sweet z. Be served with sugar, honey, beet juice, chocolate cream, jam, jam, plum jam, applesauce or sweet quark, etc., as desired.

Ingredients for 3-4 people

  • 1 onion
  • a little clarified butter
  • 350 g of pungent oatmeal
  • about 750 ml vegetable broth
  • parsley
  • 2 eggs
  • Pepper salt
  • Vegetable oil for frying

preparation

  1. Peel the onion, finely dice and fry on a large pan in hot clarified butter.
  2. Add the oatmeal and deglaze with the vegetable stock. Let it simmer for about 15 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Then add the chopped parsley and the eggs and season the dough with pepper and salt.
  4. Place the mass in small piles on the pan with a tablespoon, squeeze on flat buffers and fry in hot vegetable oil on both sides until crispy brown and serve.

Good for a fresh salad.

Tip:

If there is anything left over from the buffers, they also taste cold as a small snack in between.
