Fast yogurt bread
Here is a recipe for a delicious, full-bodied bread, which is ready in no time.

ingredients
- 500 g spelled wholemeal flour
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1 p baking powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 150 g of seed mixture (for example sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds ... oatmeal or caraway can be added as desired)
- 350 g whole milk yoghurt
- 1 egg (M)
- 200 g of carrots grated raw
preparation
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl, which works quite well with a whisk.
In another bowl you give the yogurt, the egg and the raw carrots and mix everything together well.
Add the yoghurt mixture to the flour mass and knead everything evenly with the hand mixer >> dough hook.
Then knead the mixture smoothly with your hands and form the dough into an oblong loaf. Using a sharp knife, cut the grid into the loaf.
If you want to sprinkle your bread outside with grains or flakes, sprinkle the bread with water and sprinkle with oatmeal, sesame seeds or whatever you prefer, but you do not have to.
Place the loaf on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180 ° C on the second lowest bar from the bottom for 40-45 minutes ...
