Festive starter with caviar

"You do not treat yourself otherwise" Today, once an exquisite and very simple appetizer, for two people:

We toast 4 slices of toasted bread. With a glass we prick round slices (diameter so that nice big round slices of the toasts arise). On each slice we give a big dumpling cream cheese. Then we each trap a tablespoon of fine salmon caviar (or trout caviar or whoever wants it extra noble, Beluga caviar.) We then garnish the plate with marinated Rucculablättern, a carving lime and freshly chopped parsley. In addition there are one or two or three glasses of champagne and a noble but simple appetizer is ready!
