Fiery banana soup
Cut 2-3 bananas into large pieces and sauté in about 40 g of butter.
2 ELChilisauce or fresh hot peppers and
(Caution: if you do not like it, take 1 tablespoon of chilli sauce)
Add 4 tablespoons tomato ketchup
5 cl of orange juice and
Add 5 cl pineapple juice,
(only with orange juice, then double amount)
With
Fill in 3/4 liter vegetable stock
Cook for 10 minutes.
Mix everything finely and serve with fried banana slices (not necessarily) and decorated with cream.
Tastes gigantic!
