Fill capsules with capsule filler yourself
Since I take dietary supplements at regular intervals, which are often very expensive or not easy to take, I came up with the idea to fill my capsules myself.
I used to For example, put healing clay from Luvos in a glass of water and drink it. The result was that the earth crunched between my teeth and that bothered me a lot. Incidentally, the healing clay absorbs toxins from the intestine. Also magnesium, sulfur MSM, Reishi medicinal mushroom, eggshell powder and much more, can be filled in capsules and thus swallow more easily.
The advantage of such a capsule is that you can not taste the content. z. B. no bitter taste of Reishi powder, no good residue from the healing earth in the mouth.
The advantage of such a capsule machine is: You invest once in such a machine and can get various supplements / remedies such. B. fill the Reishi powder itself.
You can decide for yourself whether to use pure vegan capsules (without animal products) or gelatine empty capsules (of animal origin). The color of the capsule can also be determined by yourself. This makes sense to visually differentiate them, especially if you take many different medications, or dietary supplements like me.
If you buy a dietary supplement loose, it is cheaper compared to ready-filled capsules, especially if you order a bulk pack of the desired product. Of course, this only makes sense if you want to take it regularly for a longer period of time.
The filling in capsules
Depending on the manufacturer, there are slight deviations. Basically, the system is the same for everyone: insert empty capsules into the machine, fill in the material and press tightly together. Repeat this process several times depending on the material density. When the capsule is full, the capsules are reassembled. When choosing the right capsule, I used Nagamil's at Amazon for my machine.
The capsules must fit very easily into the machine, because they do not do it, there is a larger capsule feces and the capsule production is so patience.
Filling in capsules yourself or buying the encapsulated version?
There are different capsule machines from "The Capsule Machine":
- The size # 1 is the smallest capsule, here fit about 400 mg in one. This capsule size is easy to swallow, even by children.
- then there is size # 0 with about 500 mg, and # 00 with about 700 mg capsule content.
If all this is too much effort, may well better buy the ready-filled capsules.
