Easy fill fillet: With a sharpening steel manages the super.

I saw a repeat of Lafer-Lichter-Leckerei this afternoon and Johann Lafer gave this tip. I was so thrilled how that went, because there are no interfaces and no need to wrap anything.

He has put the pork tenderloin on a base, the left hand on the fillet and with the right hand with the sharpening steel / whip bar, turning an opening (like a tunnel). The filling he had in a piping bag. But this one broke in the program and he filled in with his hands. I would take my hands anyway, because I have more feeling.
