- 8 fresh mushrooms
- 2 sachets of cream cheese (with or without herbs)
- 3 slices of ham
- 1 packet of grated Emmentaler

Step-by-step guide:
Wash the mushrooms well and free from the stalk. Now cut the ham a little bit small.
The cream cheese, the ham and the mushroom stalks come together in the blender until a "porridge" is produced. Finally, stir in the Emmentaler.
Fill this mass into mushrooms and fry for about 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
It tastes delicious and is not much work. It tastes best with fresh baguette.
