- 10 eggs
- 1 pck of vanilla sugar
- 375 g of hazelnuts
- 350 g of sugar

- Separate eggs.
- Beat egg yolk with vanilla sugar and sugar. (15 minutes!)
- Stir in the hazelnuts of the yolk sugar mass.
- Beat egg whites with egg whites.
- Add the egg whites to the hazelnut mixture.
- Bake the cake at 180-200 ° C for about 1 hour. The baking time varies depending on the oven, for me, the cake is often ready after 45 minutes.
- If the cake gets dark, but after the chopstick sample still has a lot of dough, simply cover with baking paper.
- It would also be advisable to place a baking paper under the springform pan, as the cake sometimes drips slightly when baking.
- As a casting is a powdered icing with about 1/2 vial Rumaroma. As a decoration you can then draw chocolate strips on it with chocolate coating.
- The cake can be, if you put it in a cake transporter, pick up a good 1 week and goes great with wine, coffee or tea!
