Fine speculoos truffle

The truffles are the perfect candy for the Advent and Christmas season. Few ingredients and finished relatively quickly.

ingredients

  • 200 ml of cream
  • 600 g chocolate couverture about 150 g whole milk and 450 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g speculoos
  • salt
  • Make a mixture of 3 tbsp cocoa and 1 tsp cinnamon and 2 tbsp brown sugar

preparation

  1. Heat the cream in a saucepan (do not cook!). Divide the chocolate into small pieces and add to the cream, allowing to melt with constant stirring.
  2. The best is to place the biscuits in a freezer bag and beat them with the meat tenderizer or grind them with the rolling pin until they are finely crumbled.
  3. Mix the crumbs with a pinch of salt in the chocolate and stir well. Then put in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
  4. Punch small balls out of the mass with a teaspoon and rewind them by hand. Turn the balls in the cocoa-cinnamon-sugar mixture well and then store in a cool place.

How long they last, I can not say, with us they are gone within a few days.
