Fish fillet in puff pastry crust

An easy-to-prepare and reasonably priced dish: fish fillet with mozzarella, parsley, basil, cherry tomatoes and herb spread cheese in puff pastry crust. Also needed are:

- 2 rolls of puff pastry
- 2 eggs
- Salt pepper
- spring onions
preparation
- A roll of puff pastry is rolled out on the baking tray
- Then a packet of herbal melted cheese is passed
- Spread fish fillets (cod, for example) on top
- Pepper generously, salt a little
- Divide cherry tomatoes and add chopped parsley, rolls of spring onions and basil leaves
- Tear mozzarella into small pieces, generously add to the amount
- Now put on the other roll of puff pastry
- Squeeze the ends well, prick several times with a fork
- Open the egg and brush the seams and the entire puff pastry generously
Bake in the oven on a medium rail at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes until golden brown.
A crispy salad is enough.
