My husband works in the retail industry and on weekends he sometimes brings in large quantities of fish that would not be fresh enough for customers on Mondays. We used to just freeze it forever. As a result, you first had to thaw it, but of course it lost flavor and fluid.

Now we take a big strip of grill or honeycomb aluminum foil (should be already solid quality, otherwise you have to take double aluminum foil) drizzling them with good olive oil, salt and pepper and lay the fish meat (funny word - is it fish or meat? ) thereon.


Now you can let your taste buds run wild, because now I just imagine how I would spice up the fish if it would be prepared in the pan or on the grill.

Salt, pepper, chopped onion, a small / large shot (Peng!) White wine and topping with 2 tablespoon sour cream

  2. Now you have the choice - in the oven at 200 ° C for about 25-30 minutes or on the grill - same time as in the oven, depending on the thickness maybe a little longer, because the heat is only from below.
  3. You can also freeze that as it is. Write in advance with a suitable pen on what's in it.
  4. If you are completely exhausted from work, you can turn on the oven (250 ° C / 45 minutes), and while you make a quick salad and have time for a shower, your delicious fish smelt in the foil in the oven in wonderful Spices and aromatics and is just waiting to be plastered by you by candlelight and wine.
  5. Maybe you also spontaneously want to barbecue and nothing great in the house - then take a look in the chest and treat yourself to healthy, delicious fish in the slide. Just up the grill and enjoy the best nutritional knowledge.
