Fish oil capsules against brittle fingernails
Fish oil capsules are cheap at the discount store - and at a higher price in pharmacies.
Since I always have very rough nail beds and brittle nails in the winter, I have tried all sorts of creams without great success.
I had success with fish oil capsules, which I cut open and massaged into the nail.
One capsule is enough for 5 fingers!
