Flash cake with gooseberries

This kind of cake the old hands certainly know, I put the recipe in here for beginners who like it fast and easy without much effort. Since I like to announce a lightning visit, I like to make a quick cake that tastes great. Today the heavenly gooseberry cake. I have the recipe for the soil from our old baked hares here.


for the ground
----------------

80 g of sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp water
100 g of flour
1 pinch of baking soda


for covering
----------------

1 bag. Paradise cream vanilla
1 glass of gooseberries (other fruit goes too)
1 bag. bright cake spruce
200 ml of cold milk
200 ml whipped cream
vanilla sugar
lime juice

Beat sugar and eggs until foamy, add water, flour and baking powder and stir to a creamy mixture. Spread on a cake plate and bake for about 15 minutes at medium heat. (with me it was good in 10 minutes)


Paradise cream according to instructions, take only a little less milk, prepare and spread on the cold ground. Then spread the gooseberries generously on the cream.

Prepare the cake according to the instructions and spread on the gooseberries.

Finally, whip cream with a little vanilla sugar and a dash of lime juice and pour over the cake. A little decoration (I have taken fresh mint leaves and chocolate sprinkles) and now good luck.
