Flaxseed against bad digestion

Against a bad digestion I can only recommend to buy a bag of flaxseed and this spread over the day always mixed with the food (for example, under pasta, on bread, cereal, etc.)

They have almost no taste, are cheap and digestion works by itself, wonderful.

PS: Flaxseeds should be soaked in water before consumption. Flaxseed removes a lot of water from the intestines. If it has not been soaked, it can quickly lead to intestinal obstruction.
