Baking delicious Florentine:
ingredients
- 200 g almond flakes
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 100 g of butter
- 100 ml of liquid cream
- 4 tablespoons flour
- Chocolate of choice to decorate
preparation
- Boil the honey with butter and cream in a saucepan until the mixture turns golden brown, stirring frequently. Then stir in the flour (carefully so that it does not clump), then the almonds.
- Distribute this mass either as small piles on the baking sheet (by far, the Florentines like to diverge) or simply stroke the tin as a whole (can be cooled or cut into pieces after baking).
- Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes until golden brown on top.
- Let cool (the Florentines are still soft after baking) and then decorate with melted chocolate as desired.
