- 125 g of butter
- 125 g of sugar
- 125 g of flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 eggs
- some Milk

- Everything should be at room temperature.
- Separate eggs, beat egg white with a little sugar.
- Mix butter, sugar, flour, baking powder, egg yolk.
- Add some milk. The dough is still heavy on the spoon.
- Add stiff egg whites.
- If that's too thick for you, you can add some mineral water.
- Do not make it too thin, otherwise you will lose taste.
- Bake the whole in portions in a waffle iron. Returns about 12 pieces.
