Focaccia - Italian flatbread

Great for grilling: Mix 1/2 cube of yeast, 1 pinch of sugar and 200ml of warm water and leave to stand for 10 minutes.

Then add to the yeast 400g flour, 1/2 tsp salt and 3 tbsp olive oil to a dough.

Cover and leave for 1/2 hour.


Knead dough again and form into a 1 cm thick flat bread.

Let it go for another 30 min.

Press several indentations with your finger, drizzle with oil and sprinkle salt over it generously.

200 ° C approx. 20 - 25min.
