For beginners: Prepare and fry pancakes properly
If I intend to make egg pancakes for my family, I prepare my workplace so that I can stop at the frying pan because I have everything close at hand.
I make the dough an hour before so that it can swell.
ingredients
- 1 L of milk, 3.5 percent
- 500g flour
- 5 eggs
- Vanilla or orange flavor (better eye-scratched vanilla pod)
- 100 g of butter
preparation
Put everything in a large enough container, mix with the mixer, to a smooth mass.
Cover and place on a piece of kitchen paper next to the pan (see photo).
Brown the butter in a pan and allow to cool slightly.
Now I'm putting everything around the pan ready, which I need for frying and eating.
- a cup half filled with oil for brushing the pan
- a silicone brush
- a large plate with a warming hood behind the pan, for the finished pancakes
- fill a ladle with the dough
- a spatula
Baking the pancakes
- Now you can start, brush the pan a little with oil and if it is hot enough, spread a trowel of dough in it and pan a bit.
- After I carefully checked with the spatula whether the underside is brown, I push the turner halfway under the pancake and turn it around with momentum. Some may use the pan, but this may take some practice and possibly a complete renovation of the kitchen.
- I place the finished pancake on the plate under the cover.
- Repeat until the dough is used up.
Now you can decide who wants what to the pancakes. I always place applesauce, cinnamon sugar and various jams on the table.
These novelty eggs are created by everyone and they taste heavenly.
