For head, neck and shoulder pain

This is a tip from our Physiopraxis, with which I can help my patients properly.

Women who are a bit heavier and therefore have a heavier bust often wear a bra with narrow straps. These straps cut deeply into the shoulder area (good to see when the patient removes them, then a "groove" in the shoulder muscles "stops"). Especially in the older ladies, this "groove" is even bluish / red discolored, by the decades of deep constriction of the shoulder muscles.

Thus, the neck / shoulder muscles (which are located there along) are constantly squeezed and harassed. The muscles want to "hold against" and becomes so tight that strongest tensions move quickly and safely into the neck area: the result is headache and shoulder problems!

Simple solution: in sanitary warehouses especially for these thin bra straps (you do not buy new bra's right away) there are wide underlays that "catch" the train's bosom and DO NOT cut the muscles or even hinder the nerves that run there for a long time , These carrier documents are very soft and absolutely safe (invisible) integrable in the carrier and removable at any time .... so: one for all!

By this tip, I have much less tension headache and shoulder pain patients (but much more chocolates and cookies ... hihi), because with the smallest means you can achieve the greatest!
