Freeze bread in portions
Since I live alone, and bread, whether slice by slice or whole (cut), is far too much for me, I came up with the idea to freeze the fresh bread, whether from the bakery or from the self-service store and removable.
So I cut out sandwich paper. The first sheet of paper in the freezer bag, slice of bread on it and so on. Close the bag so that it can be opened again with a clip or clip. So I can get a slice portions without being frozen together. I thaw the bread either in the toaster or the micro.
