Freeze butter - tastes like fresh

Do you know that too? The butter is all, but you forgot which ones to buy? Or you have the butter in the fridge and it is not consumed immediately and is rancid after a few days or weeks?

Freeze freshly bought butter and just thaw it overnight before use. It tastes no difference to fresh butter ....

I buy my butter in stock (4 packs or more!) And thaw gradually.

PS: I do not want to make a surreptitious advertising, but to keep butter tender, the Tupperware butter dish buys. In that you can keep the butter "at room temperature" without it becoming rancid. Highly promised.
