French dressing

For the evening for two: homemade dressing looks right ;-)

ingredients

Ketchup
mayonnaise
Orange juice
Salad herbs (fresh or freeze dried for purists like me)
cognac

preparation

Ketchup u. Mix Majo in equal parts, add a little less orange juice, then play with the three ingredients in the set until the typical Coctail / Frenchdressing taste is there (Yes, it's really fast!). Then salad herbs at will, a sip of cognac (if necessary, a dry Riesling does) for the final touch - done!
