Fresh herbs - keep herbs fresh
I used to put my fresh cut herbs in a glass of water to keep them fresh.
From the professional chef of a starred restaurant, I got the tip, the herbs z. B. parsley, after thorough washing just in a plastic box, as it z. B. Tupperware gives to do and store in the fridge.
And indeed, the herbs stay fresh for several days as bought or freshly cut. Of course, I will wash them again before final use.
