I like to bake rolls myself and there is nothing better for me than to smell the smell of fresh rolls and coffee on a Sunday morning.
For this I prepare already in the middle of the week (if I have 20 minutes time) the bread before.
ingredients
- 1 kg of spelled 630
- 3 Btl dry yeast
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon bread spice
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 250 g of grain mixture (for example sunflower seeds)
- 600 ml of lukewarm water
preparation
- Knead a smooth dough from the ingredients and then divide it into about 15 equal pieces.
- These pieces then form into small balls, which are again pressed a little flat.
- Cut bread rolls crossways and brush with water again.
- Then the dough pieces (without letting them go first) immediately into the freezer or freezer.
- On the day of consumption simply place the still-frozen rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180 ° C for 27 to 30 minutes.
- I've already tried the whole thing with wholemeal bread dough and even with baguette (for a barbecue). It worked so far every time.
