Fried rice

FOREWORD:
I noticed that there are not many simple rice dishes here. That's why I'll contribute something. At the beginning, I would like to say that I do not give any quantities or exact information about which spices to use. The whole is based on spontaneity, what you just have, how much you need and thinking: "Yes, that tastes good." But I will say what I did with it. The whole thing will be quick and very clean. Incidentally, this is especially good if you still have cooked rice from another meal (my case).

INGREDIENTS:
cooked rice
eggs
Sausages, meatloaf or similar
spices
grated cheese (I used Emmentaler)
Cooking oil or other frying fat

ROAST MEAT:
First, you take a pan in size, in which fits the amount you need. There is now the cooking oil or other fried fat added. After a short wait, add the already cooked rice (there are enough explanations how to do that). In the time when it gets hot, you take a container into which you put some eggs (opened, of course :). Now sprinkle some spices in there, such as Salt, pepper or various seasoning mixtures. Then stir it all, but stir the rice more often. Now you cut the sausages or the Leberkäse in pieces and gives this. After a few minutes fry (just before everything is ready), then added the egg-spice mixture. Everything must now be constantly stirred and the stove can actually be issued when the eggs are already well fried. Now the grated cheese is added. Incidentally, I always let the whole thing roast on the highest heat of the stove :) so this dish takes a maximum of 15 minutes.
On a portion you could also make some ketchup of your choice over it. Just be creative and spontaneous (important, then it's fun and tastes twice as delicious)

GOOD APPETITE!
