Fried Savoy cabbage
Very simple and delicious food, goes well with meat / fish.
Ingredients:
- a small savoy cabbage, leaves cut into small pieces
- 2 eggs
- About 2 slices of Emmentaler cheese (amount is variable), chopped
- a small onion, finely diced
- fresh parsley
- Salt pepper
Blanch the chopped cabbage for about 2 minutes in boiling salted water, drain and allow to cool slightly.
Whisk eggs in a bowl, add all other ingredients and mix well.
Heat a spoonful of sunflower oil in a pan and place small piles of the savoy cabbage in the pan. Sauté from both sides for about 6 minutes.
If necessary, use paper towels briefly before serving to remove excess oil.
